THE ROLLING DOWN HILLS
Originally formed nearly twenty years ago, around the song writing partnership of Lewis Ryan and Simon Moore; the duo started writing and performing together again a few years ago after many years apart. Over the last year, the duo has swelled to a six piece, including the talents of former Mynas keyboardist Martin Thornton, vocalist Olivia Rose Thawley, bassist David Sanders and percussionist Delgas Klein.
The group’s music reference Fleet Foxes, Midlake, Neil Young, Pearl Jam, Gomez, Alice in Chains, Nick Cave, Tom Waits, Nina Simone, Beck, Giant Sand and much more.

THE DELICATEERS
Following a four year long hiatus, The Delicateers are back. This one-time acoustic indie-folk quartet were very familiar to Barnsley’s live music and festival circuits. Now freshly revived, with new songs penned, today’s Delicateers consist of the talents of guitarist Nic Smith on lead vocals, cellist Esther Littlewood and keyboardist Kate Wragg; both sharing backing vocal duties.

ADAM MYERS
Adam is most commonly known as one half of the contemporary folk duo Garforth & Myers. Although the group recently called it a day, Adam also often performs and records as a duo with Lee Short, under various monikors including Platform 2 and Canadians In Space. They play satirically charged music inspired by everything from 1920s music hall, lo-fi indie and tropicana tinged folk.
He also previously performed in indie pop trio A Certain Type of Person (whose members included Lee Short on drums, guitarist Russell Calverley and Aztec Doll’s Hayley Youell) and later, along with Russell and Hayley once again as the folk group Tiny Little Secrets.

I’m not sure what Adam will be playing (or even who with), I can guarantee you’ll be suitably enetertained.
